At Sareeti, every saree is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We strive to ensure that you receive products that meet your expectations. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect saree.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The return request is made within 24hours of delivery.
- The saree is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
For hygiene and quality reasons, returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, design preference, or ordering by mistake are generally not accepted.
2. Color & Product Appearance
We make every effort to display our sarees as accurately as possible. However:
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting during photography and differences in screen settings.
- Handwoven, handcrafted, printed, or embroidered sarees may have minor irregularities that are part of their unique craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
These variations are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Customized Sarees
Sarees that have been customized or altered, including services such as fall and pico, blouse stitching, tassel customization, or any other personalization, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
4. Return Timeframe
To request a return, please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the package (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue

5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and share the return address to which the product has to be shipped.
After the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be declined.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been approved after inspection:
- Your refund will be processed within 15-20 days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, gift wrapping charges, or other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged saree,
- A manufacturing defect, or
- An incorrect product,
please notify us within 24hours of delivery by emailing sareebydpka@gmail.com with an unboxing video without cuts/paused and your order details.
Once verified, will accept for replacement, exchange or full refund at no additional cost.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or used.
- Sarees without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or altered sarees (including fall & pico or blouse stitching).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Returns requested after the specified return period.
- Minor color differences caused by photography or screen settings.
- Natural weaving, embroidery, or handcrafted irregularities.
10. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For any other approved return, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise communicated.
