1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 15 to 20 working days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Orders are processed only on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During festive seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Customized orders (including fall & pico, blouse stitching, or other alterations) may require additional processing time.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Shipping:15 to 20 working days
- Express Shipping:7 to 12 working days
International Shipping (If Applicable)

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as delivery location, order value, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping:
- Northern states :150/-
- Southern states: 100/-
- International Shipping: Depends on country ,delivery partner and weight of package .
- Free Shipping: Available on 2000/- (if applicable)
The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Tracking details will allow you to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery status.
